The Chinese New Year, or Spring Festival, is a lively celebration filled with symbolic traditions and a joyful atmosphere. Key customs include the exchange of Hongbao envelopes, the dragon dance to ward off evil spirits (especially significant in 2024, the Year of the Dragon), and the gifting and display of mandarins or oranges for luck. For this project, we designed Hongbao envelopes, as a way to celebrate the richness of Chinese culture.
